What is the typical delivery time on orders?

Residential projects are delivered within 24 hours. Commercial buildings and/or multi-unit complexes 48 to 72 hours, except Sundays and holidays.

How do I check the status of my order?

Two ways you can do this. You can enter your Order / Transaction number in the search tool in the front page of our website. Or you can login to your account Dashboard, in your orders history.

How do I receive my reports?

You will receive your report by email, the report will also be uploaded to your account dashboard where you can come back and download it at any time.
